Start to Finish, a car body repair business based in Cardiff, required a professional online presence that accurately represented their quality of service. The client had previously experienced disruptions with a former developer, leaving them without access to their website, domain, or digital brand assets. Our objective was to rebuild the brand and website from the ground up, delivering a modern, reliable, and fully manageable online platform.

The client faced several key challenges. Access to the previous website and digital assets was lost, leaving them without a functional online presence. There were no digital brand materials aside from a physical business card, and the absence of a website was limiting customer trust and visibility. Our approach focused on four main phases. First, branding and logo design: we recreated the company logo digitally and established a consistent visual identity for both web and print. Second, website development: the site was built using Next.js 14 (App Router) and Tailwind CSS, resulting in a fast, responsive, and modern design. Subtle animations were implemented with Framer Motion, and accessibility features were incorporated using Hero Icons and Headless UI components. Third, hosting and domain management: the website was deployed on Netlify for performance and reliability, and the domain was configured to ensure a seamless launch. Fourth, usability and growth optimization: we created a mobile-first layout, clear navigation, and prominent calls-to-action, making it easy for customers to explore services and contact the business.

The completed website established a professional online presence that reflects the quality of Start to Finish’s services. The client now has full control over their website and brand assets.
